I realized that we can't stop life from happening even if we try our hardest. Sometimes it's just inevitable. And sometimes, life decides to throw rocks (or acid burning fucking huge bricks) at us, and all we can do is to try and take care of ourselves through it. Take the time that you need, go outside, stretch, drink water, and please please talk to someone if you need it. Mental health is no joke guys. We need each other in those kind of situation.
