I have 4 different assistants currently that help me with my marketing so sometimes it’s not me posting. I do check my DMs. Don’t be rude and say I will unsubscribe cause I did not answer your DM. I am taking care of patients and I care for them just like I care about you. Have respect ✊ and you will be respected too. Majority of you guys are wonderful and I love you guys but it takes one bad Apple to fuck stuff up. Thank you for reading my rant. Just very upset with a new fan at moment
