Trying to get fit ! š« itās difficult because I suffer from 2 chronic illnesses. So I canāt do any high impact workouts, I canāt put any stress on my joints (no pushups, no weight lifting, etc.) But Iām learning to do some beginnersā Pilates at home which my doctor said is okay for me to do as long as I donāt put too much weight on joints, no pushups or planks, No using weights, etc.
