The pressure on neck, ears and jawbone is high and you can't move your head left and right like normal. That's so intensive. You can't see your own boobs or even the body. You have to move with all your upper body to see where to walk and move. When you wear it in bed for pleasure during sex or play it's pretty ok if you like restrictive rubber.
