So if you've sent me a message in the last few days or so and I haven't responded, that is why. I had to speak to support and it seems the only way to get them to work correctly again is to completely wipe them(delete them all). Please feel free to shoot me a message if you'd like, my inbox is completely empty it looks like a desert now haha
