As some people have noticed, I’ve been posting less lately. I am trying to post as often as possible, but body dysmorphia and other things have really made it difficult to feel the motivation to do this. But I honestly think I’m on the upswing of things & I truly believe that in the upcoming weeks I’ll feel a lot better!! The amount of posts I have per week is definitely reflective of how I’m feeling about myself and my body, and I know that I’ve been slacking the last couple weeks. I’m working on getting back into the rhythm of things, and working out has definitely helped me feel more confident!! As always, thank you so much for rocking with me, I love you guys so much💗
