


I feel so much better since I’m back at the gym!
Physical activity is magic!
I have more energy during the day, my mood is better, I feel more creative, my body feels better, my water retention is almost gone.
At the gym I feel really good, in my bubble for 2 hours, sometimes I cry when I stretch (emotions get stuck in the body and you can release them by staying several minutes with the sensation in a stretch and letting the body do its thing), and their Turkish bath has an amazing acoustic and I sing and open my throat in there while sweating, it’s amazing!
