From moving in with my feeder in September 2020 (picture on the left) to this moment, May 2022 (picture on the right) I had gained nearly 80 POUNDS!
AND that was right after gaining an insane amount of weight during my Quarantine Era...It's safe to say my body was definitely reaching it's breaking point 😅
I had pretty much lived a life of PURE HEDONISM for a little over 2 YEARS, constantly eating anything and everything I wanted 🥵
I can't even describe to you how much sugar, fat and grease I was consuming weekly, it was ABSURD
And my health was definitely feeling the effects..
My glucose was through the roof, my sleep apnea was awful, my back was killing me from carrying around a constantly bloated gut, my digestive system was a MESS, pretty much every health level in the book was high and to top it all off I could barely walk a few steps without panting like I just ran a marathon 🙈
My feeder and I knew we couldn't keep going like this forever, it was time to take a break, not worry about making videos for a bit and maybe start being more active to improve my health and mobility
SO we stepped away for a bit to try and improve my health but of course...our break really didn't end up playing out how we thought it would 😅
