Deciding to finally face yourself rather than doing the usual running and avoiding by voiding tactics
Isn’t an easy path it’s painful healing past traumas, generational patterns and past on traumas and pain.
When you feel lost I believe it’s where your start to feel found. By that I mean once your lost you have everything to gain ….
It’s a journey and one which I’m so grateful I’ve had the strength to pursue. Who you are is ENOUGH!
and the sooner you build a relationship with yourself everything starts to click into place.
