Recently I've been struggling a lot with doing handstands in yoga since my right wrist was injured when I fell down as I was running in March this year. The Doctor said it was fine though 😁😁 I just graduated to become a yoga teacher and I have had a huge self-esteem crisis due to the pain in my wrist. I want to teach and feel good in my practice, not pain. I want to be a source of inspiration but it feels like I'm doing a disservice if I'm not feeling healthy and comfortable in my own practice. But I guess life is pain and I just have to learn to live with this. The funny thing is that the pain occured 2 weeks after sliding down. So if something got broken it cannot be fixed. Is there anybody else having problems with their wrists? Is there anything that helps you? I have tried many exercises I have found from Youtube and some of them gives a slight pain release but it doesn't take it away. I don't want your sympathy or empathy, I'm simply asking for tips 🙏🏽
