I don’t stay motivated. There are days I hate the gym and a cookie sounds better. But you know what I ALWAYS am? 💪🏽I’M DISCIPLINED- excuse my language, but motivation is for p*ssies. Motivation is a fairy tale. Stop telling yourself you need to be motivated to get something done. Imagine if you only went to work on days you “felt like it”. You’d get fired. Same principle applies here. Get your ass up and DO IT because you’re disciplined instead of waiting around for a Monday or for a New Year or whatever BS excuse you got today. ❤️Guess what fam? We all have the same amount of hours in a day as Beyoncé. Excuses are for losers, figure it out and GET. IT. DONE. 💪🏽 LIKE posts like this? Drop a ✨TIP✨

Please ❤️TIP❤️ if you’d like more freebies like this! The below exercises are to be followed in X-sets X-reps Focus on squeezing your muscle at the top of each exercise. Take your time and really develop that mind-muscle connection. 3x15- Side lateral raises 3x12- Seated shoulder press (up weight each set) 4x10- Seated bicep curl (up weight 5lbs each set) DROP SET 5x10- Hammer curl 3x12- Alternating front raise (one arm at a time) 4 sets of Steering wheels- 30 seconds a set 3x12- Bicep curls on cable straight bar 4x12- Hammer curl to shoulder press
