You really can have it all or things that personally make you happy. First you have to choose that it’s already manifested for you and bam 💥 it’s already on its way to you. From here on out it is simply just a matter of time. Try manifesting or EFT tapping especially with water and let me know how it goes. They are a good thing to add to your routine for maximum vitamin & nutritional support. However it’s not going to necessarily make or break your overall success. It will help boost your productivity, focus, mental clarity, effort in the gym, mood, etc. I recommend supplementing protein powder to conveniently reach your daily macros, collagen for hair skin & nails, and preworkout for before the gym for that extra boost of strength and endurance, a daily vitamin, & a pre & probiotic. A change in mindset could be all it takes to get your health on track. 4) Eat the rainbow 🌈 Eat foods that are closest to their natural state as possible. Aim for whole, fresh foods in a rainbow of colors. Tip: shopping this way actually costs less too and will have you feeling satisfied longer. 5) Avoid too many processed & packaged foods. One of the best ways to stay healthy and say is eating balanced meals throughout the day, to satiate your palate. Do you cook your own meals or have them done for you?
